These terms cover your use of woppadoodle.com. They do not cover paid work — that's governed by a separate written agreement signed before any project starts.
Who we are
Woppadoodle Forge LLC is a single-operator business in Mesa, Arizona. We build websites, custom applications, and automations for small businesses.
What this site is
An overview of what we do and a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability. Prices, timelines, and scope are established in writing for each project before work begins.
About the examples shown here
Some work shown on this site is our own product, not client work. The Perfect Night In and Build Proof are applications we built and own.
Anything labeled DEMO BUILD is a fictional business created to demonstrate capability. The businesses shown in demos are not real and are not our clients.
Automation examples are illustrative scenarios, not case studies of specific engagements.
We say this plainly because portfolio pages routinely blur the line, and we'd rather you know exactly what you're looking at.
Contacting us and booking calls
Sending the contact form or booking a call creates no obligation on either side. We're not your service provider until there's a signed scope and a paid deposit. Please don't send confidential information through the contact form — it passes through a third-party service, and a call is a better place for anything sensitive.
Don't send passwords. Not for your domain, your hosting, your email, or your social accounts. If we need access to something, we'll set it up properly on a call in a way that leaves you owning it.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit false information through the forms.
Our content
The text, images, code, and design on this site belong to Woppadoodle Forge LLC. Screenshots of our own applications are ours. Don't copy the site wholesale. Referencing or linking to it is fine and appreciated.
Third-party services
The site links to and relies on services we don't control — Cal.com for scheduling, Formspree for the contact form, and Vercel for hosting. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We make no promise that it will be available without interruption or that everything on it is current. We update it when we can, and it's a one-person business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Woppadoodle Forge LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Any liability connected to this site is limited to $100. This does not limit liability under a signed project agreement — that document sets its own terms.
Governing law
Arizona law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from this site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
